ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• These check ups are done on all working days at the hospital.
• Please take prior Appointment. Call 23777992 (between 8.00 am to 4.00 pm).
• Complete fasting for 12 hours is necessary.
• Please bring with you a morning sample of urine stored in clean mouth glass bottle with a screw-on cap. Alternatively please collect a bottle from the laboratory.
• A Health Check up will take 3-4 hours of your time.
• Reports will be available the next Morning.
